Job Description:

Stantec are seeking talented Graduates to join our Structural team in our Energy & Resources business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Participating in the Structural Integrity program as an SI Engineer including site inspection and drafting of report
  • Develop computational models to analyse and assess structural behaviour of new and existing structures
  • Produce design calculations, specifications, drawings, technical reports and project documentation from concept through to construction
  • Coordinate with designers and modellers to deliver drawing packages and ensure technical accuracy
  • Undertake site inspections, investigations and feasibility studies as required
  • Manage interfaces with other engineering disciplines and liaise with clients, architects and contractors to meet project timeframes and requirements
  • Contribute to a collaborative multidisciplinary design approach, supporting document coordination and stakeholder communication across projects

Requirements:

  • Civil Engineering degree
  • Passion for learning, problem-solving and structural engineering
  • Eligible to work in Australia
  • Currently in final year of degree or 1-2 years of experience
