Job Description:

Are you a graduate with aspirations of becoming a therapist, psychologist or counsellor? This role allows you to work alongside skilled professionals to support students academically and socially.

Job Responsibility:

Assisting students across KS3, KS4 & KS5
Working alongside teachers to deliver the curriculum
Assisting students with varying SEMH needs (Trauma, Anxiety, Depression etc)
May involve working with SEN needs (ASD, ADHD, SP&L etc)

Requirements:

Hold a degree in a relevant subject (Criminology, Psychology etc)
Be able to work effectively within a wider team
Be patient and understanding with students
Previous experience working alongside SEN & SEMH needs is desirable

Nice to have:

Previous experience working alongside SEN & SEMH needs
