Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join a professional compliance team in Chelmsford in a full-time capacity. Ideal for someone with 6 months of office experience and a proactive mindset.

Job Responsibility:

Developing an understanding of FCA regulation and its application to UK business
observing upcoming regulatory changes
assisting with changes to company marketing and promotional material in line with company legislation and FCA regulations
assisting with the annual review of company policies and procedures
being the main point of contact for the wider team
attending team meetings
assisting with assigning mandatory compliance training to internal staff
assisting with the administration of business complaints handling process
gaining a good understanding of the FCA's complaint handling rules
assisting with creating monthly reports
updating company databases
developing a strong understanding of the Senior Managers and Certification Regime

Requirements:

6 months office based experience
Maths and English GCSE - A-C and 2 A-levels or BTEC equivalent
excellent written and verbal communication skills
ability to work individually and as part of a team
strong attention to detail
willingness to learn
good knowledge of MS packages
proactive mindset
