Job Description:

Are you a proactive and experienced GP Practice-Based Pharmacist seeking a new locum opportunity in Nottingham? This is your chance to join a forward-thinking GP practice making a tangible difference to patient care in the community. If you’re an Independent Prescriber confident in primary care settings, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct medication reviews with a focus on safety and optimisation
Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma
Prescribe effectively as an Independent Prescriber
Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and wider MDTs
Maintain accurate, professional clinical records

Requirements:

GPhC-registered Pharmacist
Independent Prescriber (IP) qualification – essential
Minimum 1 year of experience in general practice or primary care
Solid clinical knowledge and strong communication skills
Confident, independent, and ready to make an impact quickly
