Are you a proactive and experienced GP Practice-Based Pharmacist seeking a new locum opportunity in Nottingham? Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct medication reviews with a focus on safety and optimisation
  • Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma
  • Prescribe effectively as an Independent Prescriber
  • Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and wider MDTs
  • Maintain accurate, professional clinical records

Requirements:

  • GPhC-registered Pharmacist
  • Independent Prescriber (IP) qualification – essential
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in general practice or primary care
  • Solid clinical knowledge and strong communication skills
