Job Description:

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Pharmacy Technician within a GP-based environment in Welwyn Garden City. It involves patient assessments, tailored care plan implementations, collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team, and accurate record-keeping using SystemOne. The position is for a 9-month maternity cover with potential extension and comes with competitive pay.

Job Responsibility:

Carrying out meaningful patient assessments that have a real impact
Implementing care plans tailored to individual needs
Contributing to the delivery of cutting-edge, evidence-based care
Collaborating closely with a supportive multi-disciplinary team
Keeping records spot-on with SystemOne

Requirements:

GPhC-registered Pharmacy Technician
Previous experience in a primary care or GP setting
Confident with SystemOne
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Someone ready to hit the ground running and bring energy to the role
