Job Description:

We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and performance-driven Google Media Buyer to lead paid media campaigns across Google Ads platforms for our e-commerce clients. In this role, you’ll build, execute, and optimise high-impact acquisition strategies that fuel direct-to-consumer growth. You’ll work closely with the Performance Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure every campaign aligns with brand goals, budget priorities, and performance benchmarks. This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of data and fast-paced execution.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, build, and optimise Google Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and revenue
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, structure ad groups effectively, and craft compelling ad copy designed for conversion
  • Design and run A/B tests across ads, creatives, and landing pages—applying data insights to improve acquisition cost and ROI
  • Align paid search strategy with email, landing page, and performance creative efforts, creating unified campaigns across platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance, uncover insights, and produce regular reports that inform ongoing strategic decisions
  • Work closely with the Performance Manager, Google Media Buyer and clients to ensure paid media strategy reflects brand goals, market trends, and budget alignment
  • Stay on top of the latest updates from paid media platforms, implementing best practices and emerging tactics into campaign execution

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Google Ads media buying for e-commerce and/or DTC brands
  • Fluent in English, and can communicate strategy clearly and effectively across teams
  • Understand how to structure paid search campaigns for scale, efficiency, and performance
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to translate data into actionable decisions
  • Managed campaigns across multiple formats and understand channel dynamics
  • Proactive, self-driven problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, remote work environments
