Job Description:

This role is responsible for providing assistance in the completion of the Logistics process in the easiest and safest way possible. Develops and uses knowledge and experience of IKEA operations, including IKEA machinery and equipment, as well as the expertise of co-workers within the team to achieve the highest level of availability of products in the store.

Job Responsibility:

Provide assistance in completion of Logistics process
Perform Goods Flow operation tasks using IKEA systems and equipment
Achieve efficient goods flow process and data integrity
Maximize stock accuracy and ensure highest product availability for customers
Contribute to optimized daily goods flow operation
Work in lean, simple, and cost-conscious way
Contribute to Goods Flow Team goals
Comply with IKEA health, safety, and security guidelines

Requirements:

Interest in home furnishing and IKEA product range
At least 1-2 years' experience working in Warehouse/Logistics operations, preferably in retail industry
Time management skills with ability to prioritize and organize tasks
Good attention to detail
Quick learner who asks questions when unclear
Flexible approach to daily tasks and adaptable to unpredictable situations
Open to new ideas and changes in ways of working
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Nice to have:

Experience in retail industry
Knowledge of IKEA operations, machinery and equipment
