Job Description:

Associate role responsible for assisting in logistics processes, ensuring high product availability, and compliance with safety regulations. The job focuses on stock accuracy and contributing to team goals while adapting to a lean and cost-conscious workflow.

Job Responsibility:

Perform Goods Flow operation tasks using IKEA systems and equipment to maximize stock accuracy and product availability
contribute to optimized daily goods flow operations in a lean, simple, and cost-conscious way
support agreed goals of the Goods Flow Team and participate in goal-setting
comply with IKEA health, safety, and security guidelines, rules, and regulations
prevent health, safety, or security incidents in the store

Requirements:

Interest in home furnishing and IKEA product range
1-2 years’ experience working in Warehouse/Logistics operations, preferably in the retail industry
ability to manage time effectively, prioritize, and organize tasks efficiently
good attention to details for accuracy
quick learner who knows how to ask questions when unclear
flexibility in approach to daily tasks and adaptability to unpredictable situations
ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
