Job Description:

At IKEA, this role involves leading the Physical Customer Meeting Points (PCMP) team to integrate digital innovation into physical retail spaces. The focus is on enhancing operations and creating modern digital experiences that connect customers with IKEA’s omnichannel network. This is a global assignment centered on shaping the future of IKEA stores in alignment with company values and strategic goals.

Job Responsibility:

Set the strategic direction and development of the domain
translate product strategy into a product roadmap
identify and generate new ideas that grow market share and drive business value
ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
coach and develop team members to create high-performing teams
build a culture of analytics, data, and insights
lead the design and development of digital experiences to enhance the global network of stores and physical meeting points

Requirements:

Deep understanding of digital and retail expertise
ability to drive innovation and lead teams in the digital retail landscape
experience leading digital teams, particularly in senior roles
background in product management and customer centricity
advocacy for modern digital development tools and practices
passion for using technology to enhance user experience and drive business growth with value outcomes
