Job Description:

Figure is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Global Security Operations Operator to support our mission of transforming the way people interact with technology through innovative solutions. In this pivotal role, you will maintain an extensive awareness of internal and external security dynamics that may impact employee safety and threaten business operations and assets. As a key part of our Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), you will monitor various data sources, including internal access control systems, external incident aggregators, travel safety applications, and open-source intelligence. Serving as the primary contact for employees regarding physical security concerns, you will play an essential role in fostering a safe and secure environment for all members of the Figure community.

Job Responsibility:

  • Proactively monitor emergency and non-emergency security systems, ensuring efficient security dispatch and emergency notification services
  • Prepare comprehensive security incident investigation reports to effectively communicate situational awareness and risks to management and stakeholders
  • Collect, analyze, and disseminate intelligence to inform proactive action plans regarding potential security threats based on their credibility and potential impact
  • Collaborate in the planning and execution of risk assessments and situational reports, accounting for both internal and external factors
  • Contribute to the development of standardized procedures and processes that enhance risk management strategies
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new employees by managing access control, badging, parking access, and the decommissioning of users as necessary, ensuring accurate access control levels
  • Work closely with various internal and external security teams to ensure seamless communication and response to security incidents
  • Organize and maintain an extensive array of files, logs, reports, and forms to uphold accuracy and compliance
  • Utilize multiple external sources to analyze data, identifying and mitigating potential threats to corporate assets and personnel

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience within a GSOC environment
  • Proven track record in writing intelligence products, particularly situation reports and risk assessments
  • Strong analytical skills with experience monitoring open-source information to proactively identify physical security threats that could impact the organization
  • Interest or direct experience in Executive Protection, Intelligence Operations, Critical Incident Management, or Corporate Security
  • Proficient in current technologies and open-source search methodologies to aid in effective risk assessment
  • Proficient in verifying, processing, and maintaining badging and access control information, along with generating necessary occupancy and access reports
  • Strong competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
