Job Description:

This role will be responsible for bringing our foodservice marketing strategy to life through multi-channel campaigns, digital initiatives, and go-to-market execution. The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B marketing, foodservice industry knowledge, and experience managing KPIs across digital and traditional channels.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute global foodservice marketing strategies aligned with commercial goals
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches and campaigns
  • Manage digital and multi-channel marketing programs including internal assets/ tools
  • Internal communications to the regions of training and new products, sales tools and assets
  • Define and track KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and brand engagement
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and localization of global strategies
  • Conduct market and customer research to inform messaging and positioning
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product management, and insights teams to support business objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field required
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in packaging or foodservice/ QSR industries
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams
  • Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies in collaboration with regional teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment to global business objectives
  • Ability to lead cross-functional efforts to build customer-centric solutions, articulate clear value propositions, and support strategic growth initiatives across regions
  • Strong understanding of the foodservice industry, customer segments, and competitive landscape
  • able to translate market insights into actionable strategies that support business growth
  • Ability to communicate complex strategies and market insights clearly and persuasively to internal teams, leadership, and external partners. Must be able to convey how SIG’s value proposition fits within the broader foodservice ecosystem
  • Demonstrated ability to design and facilitate innovative engagement methods such as ideation workshops, innovation sessions, customer presentations, and product/solution rollouts that drive organizational alignment and results
