The Global IT Infrastructure Manager ensures the availability, performance, security, and scalability of Asmodee’s global IT infrastructure. They will lead global technical operations, aligning infrastructure initiatives with strategic goals. This individual will work in coordination with the Global Helpdesk Manager, and will report to the Sr. Global IT Infrastructure Director. This role manages on-premises systems and network operations (including servers, virtualization platforms, network equipment and network stacks), and is accountable for delivering agreed service levels, security standards, and operational excellence. The work of this position also involves coordinating teams, planning operations, and supporting core sites in France, the USA, Canada, and South America, while providing guidance and assistance to other global subsidiaries. This position requires regular international travel.
Job Responsibility:
Lead, coordinate, and develop the infrastructure operations team
Allocate workloads based on volume, urgency, and individual/team capabilities
Supervise team performance and ensure effective collaboration
Develop and maintain operational and project workload plans
Negotiate objectives and allocate technical and financial resources
Manage budgets (OPEX and CAPEX) and ensure adherence to internal financial procedures
Ensure alignment between infrastructure projects and broader IT initiatives
Define and monitor KPIs and operational dashboards
Identify and implement productivity improvements
Oversee systems administration, network operations, and infrastructure services
Ensure optimal functioning of hardware, operating systems, and core software
Lead initiatives to optimize infrastructure resources and capacity
Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure compliance with security standards
Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans
Guarantee the quality, cost-efficiency, and responsiveness of IT operations
Coordinate internal communications during incidents
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations management
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience
Expertise in cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure), networking, telephony, wireless technologies, physical server management, data storage, and backup solutions
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards
Familiarity with LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, WiFi, Routing
Familiarity with Data centers, Server Rooms, hybrid environments
Familiarity with Windows, Linux, virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
Familiarity with SAN/NAS, cloud backups, DR solutions
Familiarity with Firewalls, proxies, endpoint protection
Familiarity with Active Directory®, IDP, IAM, SSO, MFA, SCIM
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams
Familiarity with Monitoring platforms, CMDB, ITSM tools (e.g., Freshservice)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure
Frequent international travel will be required for this role – up to 20% of time
