This is a high-impact, Individual Contributor (IC) role where your expertise, analytical rigor, and AI-first mindset will be the blueprint for how we attract, reward, and retain the best global talent. You are responsible for transforming complexity into clarity, turning market data into competitive advantage, and ensuring every rewards dollar translates into tangible employee value.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, build, and deploy a competitive, scalable, and fair global compensation foundation, starting with a job architecture and leveling framework
  • Own the global job evaluation framework
  • Support the end-to-end execution of the entire annual compensation review process
  • Conduct comprehensive global market surveys, lead pay equity audits, and align with all pay transparency legislation
  • Translate complex rewards data into predictive insights
  • Handle complex, ad-hoc analysis
  • Champion an AI-first mindset, exploring, recommending, and implementing new technologies and automation
  • Partner with the HRIS team to strategically optimize our compensation technology stack
  • Drive the administration and success of our Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
  • Partner strategically with HR Business Partners and business leaders worldwide to provide expert advice on complex, sensitive pay decisions
  • Develop clear, fun, and engaging communication materials that empower employees and managers
  • Act as our internal governance expert, ensuring all compensation practices adhere to relevant laws

Requirements:

  • 6-8+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in compensation
  • Significant focus (2+ years) on designing and executing global compensation strategies and programs
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, modeling, array formulas)
  • Proven experience in functionally optimizing and managing the compensation, job architecture, and reporting modules within enterprise HRIS (e.g., Dayforce, Workday)
