Job Description:

Team Leader of the 'Global Command Center' team, responsible for team coordination, process monitoring, ensuring appropriate skills, and maintaining up-to-date documentation.

Job Responsibility:

Management of the organization of the team in Portugal and in relation with the Azqore Singapore teams
Definition of schedules to ensure the follow the sun with the appropriate skills
Monitoring of the team's skills matrix
Ensuring that documentation is kept up to date and processes are monitored

Requirements:

Knowledge of a scheduler (TWS - Nice to have)
Knowledge of shell scripting
Experience with Ticketing Jira / Service Now
Experience with Unix/Linux
Experience in coordination and team leadership
Priority and escalation management
Knowlegde of English
French (nice to have)
Possibility to ensure a shift 8:00 am/4:00 pm or 4:00 pm/00:00 am

Nice to have:

Knowledge of a scheduler (TWS)
French
