Job Description:

We are looking for a Team Leader to manage our Global Command Center team in Lisbon. This role involves coordinating with our teams in Portugal and Singapore, ensuring 24/7 operational coverage through effective scheduling, and maintaining high standards in documentation and process monitoring.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and organize the Global Command Center team in Portugal
Coordinate with teams in Singapore to ensure seamless global operations
Define and manage shift schedules to support a follow-the-sun model
Maintain and update the team’s skills matrix and operational documentation
Monitor and improve processes to ensure service excellence

Requirements:

Proven experience in a production environment (ITIL Framework)
Technical expertise in TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler) and shell scripting
Proficiency in Unix/Linux systems
Experience with ticketing tools such as Jira or ServiceNow
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Ability to manage priorities and handle escalations effectively
Fluent in English (French is a plus)
Availability for shift work: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Nice to have:

Knowledge of TWS scheduling tools and French language skills
