Join us as Global Bug Reporting Trainee (Part-time). Own Groupon's global bug queue for B2B clients. Learn to triage issues, prioritize by impact, and drive fixes across engineering teams in our fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Triage incoming bugs: Analyze logs, APIs (REST/GraphQL), stack traces for root causes
  • Create minimal repros from vague client reports (steps, payloads, screenshots)
  • Prioritize via impact score: Severity, client count, SLA risks
  • Manage JIRA backlog: JQL queries, workflows, dashboards
  • track to deployment
  • Negotiate with PMs/eng for sprint inclusion
  • communicate simply to clients

Requirements:

  • Interest in L3 support, tech QA, or incident mgmt in SaaS/B2B (1+ years a plus)
  • Basic JIRA and observability tools (Datadog, Kibana, etc.)

Nice to have:
