Job Description:

The Global Agency Development Lead role is responsible for establishing, strengthening, and elevating Meta’s global relationships with independent agency partners, with a focus on long-term growth, product adoption, innovation, and mutual value creation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as external product consultant educating agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow the agency partnership
  • Provide overall strategic direction and leadership for Meta’s independent agency relationships, ensuring alignment with Meta’s product goals and the evolving needs of the independent agency landscape
  • Relationship Management: Identify, build, and manage relationships with key independent agency partners across disciplines (Executive, Paid Social, Analytics, Planning, Strategy, Commercial, Measurement)
  • Identify, build and manage relationships with key agency partners across a range of disciplines (Executive, Paid Social, Analytics, Planning, Strategy, Commercial, Measurement)
  • Work with Meta’s cross-functional community (product, measurement, policy) to develop agency strategy across regions and countries to maximize growth and build partnerships that scale revenue

Requirements:

  • 8+ years experience in agency, marketing, strategy, or online advertising, or 6+ years of experience in these fields with an MBA or Master's degree, and a proven track record working with independent agencies
  • Advanced proficiency in Meta’s platforms and business solutions
  • Experience developing trusted relationships internally and externally
  • In-depth understanding of independent agency business models and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, operations)
  • Detailed knowledge of digital business models, consumer technology, social media, and vertical markets
  • Experience working at a global level and collaborating across multiple markets and cultures
