A leading Canadian brand of luxury apparel is looking for German-speaking Style Experts for their office in Athens city center to advise international customers. Job Responsibility:

advise customers directly and conduct personal sales consultations
handle pre and post-sales inquiries to ensure a seamless shopping journey
be the first point of contact for questions about luxury products and build a strong customer relationship through excellent service and expert advice
put together the perfect pieces for their individual needs thanks to your sense of quality and your empathetic approach to customers
create unforgettable shopping experiences for the customers

Requirements:

fluent German skills
very good English skills
PC literacy
High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Client centric mindset
Passion for fashion
