• Create and manage clear, user-friendly knowledge base content, including articles and FAQs, to meet customer and internal needs
• Regularly update materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with product updates and policies
• Address knowledge gaps by leveraging team feedback to develop targeted resources
• Enhance content structure and searchability with logical organization and SEO strategies
• Monitor performance metrics to refine content and improve user experience
• Partner with technical teams to maintain a functional and accessible knowledge system
• Collaborate across departments to ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business needs

• High adaptability in fast-paced & dynamic working environments
• Outstanding writing, communication, teaching, collaboration and project management skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to run, review, interpret, and analyze data from various sources
• A native-like level of German
• Advanced English level
• PC & MS Office literacy
