Job Description:

Are you a fluent German speaker with good knowledge of English? Are you interested in working from the beautiful island of Crete, Chania? This is a full-time job opportunity where we are accepting applications from candidates currently living anywhere in Greece or abroad and they would like to relocate & work from Crete. You will have the chance to enjoy the sun and sea in one of the most beautiful and well-known islands in Greece. You will serve German-speaking clients of the most well-known companies worldwide in fields such as technology, banking, telecommunications, automotive, or domestic appliances.

Job Responsibility:

Act as the first point of contact for all German speaking clients
Respond and record customer inquiries raised through inbound calls
Maintain solid customer relationships with German customers abroad by handling questions with speed and professionalism
Troubleshoot and resolve common technical problems
Delight customers with your knowledge and expertise in order to exceed their expectations

Requirements:

An excellent level of the German language
A good level of the English language
PC literacy
High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Client centric mindset
