Job Description:

This is a full-time job opportunity for fluent German speakers, based in Athens. In this role you will have the chance to serve the German speaking clients of one of the best ranked luxury airlines companies in the world as a passenger handling agent.

Job Responsibility:

Act as the first point of contact for all German speaking passengers
Respond and record customer inquiries raised through inbound calls or emails regarding bookings, complains, information requests regarding itinerary, prices, flight rules
Maintain solid customer relationships with German customers abroad by handling questions with speed and professionalism
Troubleshoot and resolve common technical problems
Delight customers with your knowledge and expertise in order to exceed their expectations

Requirements:

Pleasant and positive attitude
Good time management
High adaptability in dynamic working environments
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Client centric mindset
PC literacy
An excellent level of the German language
A good level of the English language

Nice to have:

Experience in hospitality, travel or airline industry
A degree
