Our financially strong & Stable, and GROWING client is looking to hire a Genesys Cloud CX IVR Developer. This is a Permanent *Direct Hire position ONSITE In the Greater Des Moines, IA area.

Job Responsibility:

  • Integrate Genesys Cloud platform with backend systems AND other mission critical applications
  • Program custom Genesys Flows and Integrations
  • code and integrate development and deployment of omnichannel (Chat, IVR, Chatbot, email)
  • integrate Genesys Cloud with backend systems to improve customer interaction, streamline business processes, integrating systems & business flows
  • This role is pivotal in optimizing our client’s customer relationship management, streamlining business processes, and delivering unique technical solutions to the business

Requirements:

  • Terraform MUST KNOW Terraform: support ongoing implementation so there will no manual process. and have worked with a CI / CD pipeline for automation with scripting
  • AWS & Lamba
  • Proven experience in Genesys Cloud CX development and integration
  • Proficient in Python, C#, Java, or similar
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with Terraform and CI/CD pipeline automation
  • Knowledge of AI tools, including Genesys AI CoPilot, is a plus
  • MUST Have Development experience
  • Integrate Genesys Cloud platform with backend systems AND other mission critical applications
  • Program custom Genesys Flows and Integrations
  • Rest APi’s experience
  • JavaScript
  • Terraform / & CI/CD Pipeline experience
  • SQL
  • You will code and integrate development and deployment of omnichannel (Chat, IVR, Chatbot, email)
  • You will integrate Genesys Cloud with backend systems to improve customer interaction, streamline business processes, integrating systems & business flows

Nice to have:

  • ANY Backend Development language is PREFERRED: Python, Scripting language, C#., .NET, or Java
  • AI experience is A PLUS: Genesys AI / Genesys CoPilot - their AI tool working with a new project that is their Genesys AI CoPilot Conversation IVR – AWS
  • CERTIFICATIONS are preferred but not required
