The General Services Operations Analyst is responsible for execution of Business & Travel Shared Services functions, ensuring operational productivity and efficiency. Responsibilities include supporting service delivery related to core functions and Business Partner Services, monitoring processes, providing professional recommendations and guidance, risk management, invoice reconciliation, budgeting, and direct participation in strategic projects.
Job Responsibility:
Support the ICBS Benelux, Nordics, Switzerland, France Subcluster in the execution of the BTSS global and regional strategy
Provide support for various services relating to core functions and Business Partner Services
Utilize in-depth knowledge, skills and abilities to resolve issues and escalate as needed
Monitor, assess, analyze, and evaluate processes and data
Provide guidance or on-the-job training to new team members
Applies professional judgment to recommend changes to requirements relevant to specific unit of work
Execute procedures and policies related to BTSS, expense management and services acquisition
Review and process invoices and Purchase Orders for BTSS managed expenses
Support BTSS Country Head in managing and monitoring multiple 3rd party relationships
Support BTSS Country Head in risk management, control design, execution and self-assessment, corrective action plans, risks exceptions and audits
Assist with budgeting, cost control, and distribution
Reconcile invoices against purchases and SLAs for related products or services
Identify continuous improvement initiatives that will lead to cost savings
Direct participation in strategic projects
Assist the BTSS Country Management in ensuring adherence to the country financial budget
Support in conducting regular reviews of BTSS processes against policy and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Fluent French and professional level of English
Relevant work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Proven organization and documentation skills
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communications
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Ability to manage stressful situations and timelines
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
