Job Description:

Runners at The Ritz-Carlton Dallas ensure a memorable guest experience by providing support across hotel departments. This includes delivering items to guest rooms, supporting operations in housekeeping, restaurants, and more. The role involves physical activity such as moving and lifting objects, maintaining professionalism in appearance and communication, and adhering to quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering items directly to guests in their room
providing support to housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, the front office, or other areas
ensuring a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
upholding quality standards
ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 55 pounds without assistance
ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
