Job Description:

At Sheraton New Orleans Hotel, the General Runner ensures smooth operations by delivering items, supporting various departments, and maintaining professional conduct. This role involves physical activity, attention to detail, and upholding quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering items directly to guests
supporting housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, and other departments
moving items around the hotel
ensuring smooth hotel operations.

Requirements:

Ensuring a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
upholding quality standards
ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 55 pounds
ability to reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
ability to visually verify information in small print.
