We are looking for a detail-oriented General Office Clerk to join our team in Casa Grande, Arizona. Job Responsibility:
Perform administrative tasks such as organizing files, scanning documents, and maintaining office records
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting visitors
Enter and update data accurately into systems and spreadsheets
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for various office tasks, including correspondence and scheduling
Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring timely communication
Handle shipping functions, including tracking and processing outgoing packages
Maintain a clean and organized office environment to support smooth operations
Assist with document preparation and other clerical duties as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and task completion
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational abilities and time management
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
Familiarity with scanning and file management systems
Experience in scheduling appointments and handling shipping functions
