Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented General Office Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Antioch, Tennessee. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys performing administrative and organizational tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Perform document scanning and ensure proper digital storage of files
Organize and maintain physical and electronic records for easy accessibility
Enter data with precision and efficiency into company systems
Provide general back-office support to assist various departments
Handle administrative tasks such as file sorting, labeling, and archiving
Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes
Verify the accuracy of scanned and entered data
Assist in managing office supplies and inventory as needed
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive documents

Requirements:

Previous experience in office administration or similar roles
Proficiency in scanning and organizing files
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Ability to provide effective back-office support
Familiarity with document scanning tools and software
