Job Description:

The Marmorosch Hotel, part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection and proudly managed by Apex Alliance Hotel Management, is where Bucharest’s rich history meets modern-day sophistication. Set within a beautifully restored former bank building, every detail of our five-star experience is designed to tell a story— of refinement, intention, and timeless character.

Job Responsibility:

Leading daily operations across all departments with efficiency and vision
Ensuring that every guest experience meets our five-star standards for quality and attention to detail
Supporting a strong, service-driven team culture that values consistency, care and pride in delivery
Overseeing budgets, forecasts, and performance with clarity and accountability
Coaching department heads and nurturing leadership within the hotel
Representing the hotel with guests, partners, owners, and the wider community
Collaborating on sales, marketing, and positioning strategies that elevate our presence in the market
Aligning with Marriott and Apex Alliance standards while honouring the individuality of The Marmorosch

Requirements:

At least 5 years of leadership experience in luxury or lifestyle hospitality
A proven ability to deliver both exceptional service and solid financial performance
A strong understanding of guest experience design, operational efficiency and team motivation
Experience with international hotel brands
familiarity with Marriott standards is a plus
Outstanding leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Fluency in English
Romanian or additional languages are a valued asset
