We are currently recruiting for a General Manager to lead our Vertu Toyota Ayr dealership. Job Responsibility:
Accountable for all aspects of the business
Foster a great working relationship with Toyota GB to ensure operational excellence
Deliver policies and processes
Ensure that applicable legislation and health and safety for customers and colleagues are given priority
Lead our Vertu Toyota Ayr dealership
Requirements:
Prior experience as a General Manager in the motor retail sector
Proven record of delivering outstanding results in profitability, customer focus, and colleague engagement
Strong integrity
Passion and energy necessary to lead and develop a high performing team
Values-oriented, customer-focused, results driven
Committed individual to drive exceptional performance across all departments while upholding outstanding customer satisfaction
