6+ years of relevant experience in GenAI engineering, with a strong focus on developing and implementing scalable platforms for AI-driven applications and systems

Job Responsibility

Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of GenAI functions to meet organizational goals, identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new GenAI products and process improvements
Lead the development and maintenance of core GenAI platforms and services, and a suite of supporting services to ensure seamless operation, scalability, and integration of GenAI capabilities across various Citi business units
Resolve a variety of high-impact problems and lead projects through in-depth evaluation of complex GenAI business processes, system architecture, and industry standards, driving innovative solutions
Provide expert guidance and advanced knowledge in GenAI applications programming, ensuring that platform design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint and best practices for generative models
Utilize advanced understanding of system flow, developing and enforcing standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation specific to enterprise-grade GenAI solutions
Develop comprehensive knowledge of how various areas of business, architecture, and infrastructure integrate to accomplish GenAI business goals, fostering a holistic view of the GenAI ecosystem at Citi
Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts specializing in GenAI technologies, effectively allocating work and fostering skill development
