Job Description:

Join Our Team at Bli Bli Hotel! Lead a team creating an extraordinary gaming customer experience. A part of a newly built venue and growing team with a clearly defined progression pathway. We’re looking to recruit a passionate hospitality enthusiast to join the Leadership Team at one of our Redcape Hospitality venues, Bli Bli Hotel as our Gaming Supervisor. We're after values-aligned people that maintain a high standard of hospitality, focusing on delivering a seamless end-to-end customer experience, fostering a culture of high performance. You will support your Venue Manager to lead gaming operations in a hands-on role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team
  • Support your Venue Manager to lead the gaming team to deliver hospitality excellence
  • Drive performance, executing strategic initiatives, and improving/sustaining both Customer & Staff Experience
  • Lead a team of gaming staff, as we strive to offer extraordinary customer experiences
  • Ensure we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation
  • Create and nurture a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive
  • Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts in conjunction with your Hotel's operating hours

Requirements:

  • RSA, RSG & CLO qualifications are essential
  • RMLV would be beneficial but not a mandatory requirement
  • Experience in the gaming industry is preferable but may not be a mandatory requirement for the right candidate
