Now Hiring!! Full-Time perm G class Delivery Driver (5-Ton Straight Truck) in Mississauga, ON. Are you a reliable, motivated individual looking to grow your career as a delivery driver? If so, we have an exciting permanent opportunity for you! This is a current exisiting vacancy and needs to be filled immediately. We are hiring a full-time, permanent Delivery Driver to join our client's team in Mississauga, Ontario. In this role, you will be responsible for local deliveries within and outside the GTA, ensuring timely and efficient delivery service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Safely operate a 5-ton truck for local deliveries
  • Follow assigned routes and maintain a high standard of safety
  • Handle packages with care to ensure their safe delivery
  • Ensure timely deliveries to customers with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate delivery records
  • Communicate with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • A valid G Class driver's license with a clean driving record (Driver's Abstract required)
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a delivery driver and in warehousing
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills
  • Familiarity with local roads, routes, and traffic patterns in the GTA
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
