APM Employment Services is a leading provider of Employment Services across Australia. Our purpose is to enable better lives through our commitment to supporting individuals to find the right support within our various employment programs. We are seeking a dynamic Futures Advisor for the Moorabbin Region to develop strategic marketing and business development initiatives that promote inclusive employment programs and allied health services (Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support). This role will drive growth, by attracting participants to our vast range of services, through building strong partnerships with schools, NDIS providers, participants and their families, whilst enhancing visibility across community, government, and industry stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Community Services or clearly demonstrated marketing/sales/business development skills/experience
  • Experience or transferable skills in Employment Services and or NDIS employment services
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work unsupervised in challenging environments
  • Demonstrable ability to build positive working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Must successfully pass a NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Must successfully pass a National Police check
  • Must complete NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement
  • Current Australian drivers’ licence
