During our busy seasonal fundraising period, you'll be the backbone of our Individual Giving and Database team. Your mission? To provide exceptional administrative support that ensures every donor and supporter feels valued!
Job Responsibility:
Process banking and manage daily administrative tasks
Answer inbound calls, taking donations or payments
Craft 'thank you' letters for supporters
Send renewal updates to regular givers
Distribute membership packs and stewardship communications
Perform data cleansing to keep records accurate
Requirements:
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Previous office or administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Comfortable working with data & dogs
Nice to have:
Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM
Awareness of disability issues or experience with individuals with disabilities
