Job Description:

Are you passionate about quality and precision in software delivery? Join a Functional Testing team at one of the largest financial institutions in Portugal and play a key role in ensuring reliable, secure, and user-ready digital solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Design and execute manual and automated test cases
Build and maintain test strategies and plans
Ensure bugs are caught early through thorough reporting and validation
Promote best practices in software testing across squads
Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Degree in IT, Systems Analysis, or similar
2 - 3 years of experience in software testing
Hands-on with manual and automated testing tools
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and BDD methodologies
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in Portuguese and English is mandatory
Clear communicator & team player
Organized and proactive.
