We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Manager to join our HCM transformation team. This critical role will lead the Functional Team through the full implementation cycle of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions whilst ensuring seamless alignment between technology capabilities and organisational HR objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the Functional Team through the full implementation cycle of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions

  • Ensure system configuration meets business requirements without customising the solution
  • Oversee strategic delivery of configuration design for new technology implementation
  • Ensure alignment with HR business needs through effective facilitation of gap analyses and solution design workshops

  • Proficiency in functional testing methodologies and user training delivery
  • Proven track record in leading complex HCM transformation projects
  • Strong project management skills in resource planning, status reporting, and risk management
  • Outstanding communication skills to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Oracle HCM Cloud implementations experience in complex environment is desirable
