Job Description:

Inetum is looking for a Francophone Functional Assistant with strong L1/L2 support experience to join our team and be the driving force in user and business interactions.

Job Responsibility:

Act as the main point of contact between users and IT teams, leading meetings and ensuring smooth communication
handle incident, request, and problem management in line with ITIL standards
perform standard SQL queries and understand code patterns for effective debugging
provide L1/L2 application support

Requirements:

Communicate fluently in French (C1+) and comfortably in English (B2+)
act as the main point of contact between users and IT teams, leading meetings and ensuring smooth communication
handle incident, request, and problem management in line with ITIL standards
perform standard SQL queries and understand code patterns for effective debugging
provide L1/L2 application support, with strong knowledge of production support processes
read and debug Java 8+ code
