Job Responsibility:

  • Integrating different technologies, components and or APIs to deliver seamless capabilities and customer experiences
  • Independently engage business, technology, design, and other stakeholders to understand the requirements of initiatives they are working on
  • Maintain a high-quality bar in a complex and constantly evolving workspace
  • Create Chatbots and Smart IVRs for the Squad and engage business, technology and other stakeholders to understand the value behind the initiatives that they are working on
  • Support production deployment of Bots and assist with validation and monitoring of live systems/applications
  • Contributing towards continuous improvement of the development processes and practices and follow high coding standards
  • Ability to create and define a development approach for any given context and produce high value artefacts

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years’ experience as a full stack developer
  • Strong programming skills in Node JS and building API’s
  • Strong experience in NodeJS, Typescript/Javascript
  • Excellent experience/skills in building robust and secure Microservice APIs
  • Cloud technology development experience (GCP or Azure or AWS)
  • Experience in developing & implementing bots (Chatbots and Smart IVRs)
  • Agile mindset
  • Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, DevOps, automation and source control systems
  • An attitude of innovation, always keen to learn and try new things
