Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing modern, responsive web applications using ReactJS, Next.js, and the Jam stack architecture. Experience with headless CMS platforms is essential. You will play a crucial role in creating engaging user experiences, optimizing application performance, and leading front-end development projects from conception to deployment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the development of high-quality, scalable, and innovative front-end solutions using ReactJS, Next.js, and Jamstack principles
  • Design and implement dynamic web applications that are responsive, performant, and accessible across all platforms and devices
  • Work with headless CMS platforms to manage content architecture and ensure seamless integration with the front end
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, implementing best practices for code optimization
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and advocate for user-centric solutions
  • Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews, and sharing knowledge to improve team skills and project outcomes
  • Stay abreast of emerging front-end technologies and trends, incorporating new ideas and tools into projects to keep our technology stack modern and efficient
  • Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and other server-side functionalities
  • Lead the development and implementation of automated testing frameworks for front-end code.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with a proven track record of successful projects
  • Extensive experience with ReactJS, Next.js, and building applications using the Jamstack architecture
  • Strong experience with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Strapi, Sanity) and their integration into front-end applications
  • Proficiency in modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, NPM)
  • Expertise in web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, and server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as SASS
  • Strong understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills, with the ability to lead projects and mentor team members
  • Minimum 7+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer
  • Master’s + 7 yr. Exp/Equiv.
