Full Charge Bookkeeper

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Prepare and deliver detailed financial statements and reports on a regular basis
• Reconcile bank accounts to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded
• Process invoices, payments, and donations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies
• Monitor budgets and perform variance analysis to support financial decision-making
• Collaborate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and nonprofit financial reporting standards
• Assist in preparing grant budgets and financial reports for funders
• Handle credit and debit transactions within appropriate general ledger accounts
• Process checks using QuickBooks for payments related to grant accounts

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping
• Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing financial processes
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable procedures
• Expertise in performing bank reconciliations accurately
• Familiarity with nonprofit financial reporting and compliance
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze budget data and provide actionable insights
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with auditors and funders
