Full Charge Bookkeeper

• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy in debits and credits
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes efficiently
• Reconcile bank accounts and prepare detailed financial reports
• Collaborate with clients and controllers to address financial needs and provide solutions
• Assist automotive dealership clients with industry-specific bookkeeping requirements
• Utilize QuickBooks (Desktop and Online) to maintain and update financial records
• Conduct payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies
• Perform intermediate-level tasks in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
• Support fraud prevention efforts by analyzing financial data and identifying irregularities
• Provide on-site assistance to clients as needed for interim bookkeeping support

• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper, with a strong track record in financial management
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Online versions
• Solid understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
• Advanced knowledge of bank reconciliation and financial reporting
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to client-specific needs

Familiarity with the automotive industry is preferred
