We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in an ERP system and a strong understanding of accounting principles.
Job Responsibility:
Perform comprehensive bookkeeping duties, including managing accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy in financial records
Maintain precise and organized accounting records for audits and reporting purposes
Utilize Great Plains software to manage and track financial transactions
Analyze and resolve discrepancies in financial data
Collaborate with team members on accounting projects and support initiatives
Prepare financial reports and statements as required
Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and practices
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Proficiency in bank reconciliations and financial record management
Familiarity with ERP software
Solid understanding of debit and credit principles
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Effective communication skills for working with team members and stakeholders
