Our client is seeking a Part-Time Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day accounting functions and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role is ideal for an experienced bookkeeping detail oriented who enjoys autonomy and working closely with leadership.
Job Responsibility:
Handle full-cycle bookkeeping, including A/P, A/R, payroll, and general ledger
Maintain and reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements
Manage journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
Support budgeting, cash flow tracking, and financial analysis
Coordinate with external CPA for tax filings and year-end close
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records within QuickBooks
Requirements:
3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience
Strong proficiency with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)
Solid understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Prior experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses preferred
