We are in search of a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Miami Gardens, Florida. This role will be focused on maintaining and processing all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, managing payroll, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. Utilizing QuickBooks will be crucial in maintaining these records and executing transactions.
Job Responsibility:
Posting entries into QuickBooks
Processing AP and AR into QuickBooks
Working with Controller with monthly reconciliations
Maintaining and processing all aspects of accounts payable and receivable
Managing payroll
Ensuring the accuracy of financial records
Utilizing QuickBooks to maintain records and execute transactions
