Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage financial operations for a dynamic client. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in multi-entity bookkeeping, reporting, and regulatory compliance, ensuring the financial health of the organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain accurate financial records for all sales, delivery, and transportation activities
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and account reconciliations across multiple entities
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports, including state tax filings and excise tax compliance
  • Reconcile purchases, deliveries, and sales with vendor invoices and customer billing
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
  • Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and regulatory agencies as needed
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Enterprise) and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience managing financial operations for multiple entities and high transaction volumes
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and analytical skills
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with operations and management teams

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with transportation management or fuel dispatch systems is an advantage
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
