Job Description:

Fulfilment Operations Team Leader position at IKEA Gwangmyeong, responsible for leading the fulfilment operations team to secure highest goods availability and enable customer order fulfilment at all times at the lowest possible cost.

Job Responsibility:

Work closely with Fulfilment team to secure correct usage of short term capacity
Influence and lead Fulfilment Operations Co-workers
Identify, recruit, retain and develop talents in Fulfilment Operations Team
Contribute to positioning IKEA as responsible environmental partner
Live the IKEA values and nurture strong IKEA culture
Ensure compliance with IKEA code of conduct and regulations
Contribute with fulfilment operations input to logistics action plan
Share knowledge of effective fulfilment operations
Secure effective daily fulfilment operations
Contribute to IKEA Value chain goals

Requirements:

Interested in home furnishing, people's life at home, and the IKEA product range
Passion for developing people and talent
Passion for logistics and working in a fast-paced retail environment
Understanding of budget, cost and key performance indicators
Analytical and numerical skills
Skilled in creating efficient and cost-effective commercial performance
Understanding of IKEA manuals, specifically In-store Logistics the IKEA Way manual
Understanding of IKEA Code of Conduct and health, safety, security regulations
Forklift operator certifications according to IKEA rules and local legislation
Ability to lead based on performance and delivery
Ability to build trust and communicate clearly
Ability to complete tasks within timelines despite limited resources
Ability to provide progress updates and communicate effectively
Ability to persuade and lead business
Ability to understand people and teams
Able to work on weekends, public holidays and between 03:30 and 22:00
