Job Description:

Fulfilment Operations Team Leader to lead In-store Fulfilment Operations (Logistic) Team, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of fulfillment processes, managing orders, coordinating shipments, and optimizing warehouse operations to meet customer demands and exceed expectations

Job Responsibility:

Lead and motivate team to achieve daily operational targets and performance goals
Secure highest goods availability and operational readiness
Assume responsibility for identifying, recruiting, retaining, and developing diverse talents within team
Secure effective, qualitative, and efficient daily Fulfillment (Logistic) operations
Ensure and maintain clean, organized and safe working environment
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track performance
Identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence

Requirements:

Previous experience in logistics or a related field
At least two years in a leadership or coordinator role
Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and motivate a team
Good knowledge of retail and/or fulfilment operations processes, tools and working methods
Knowledge of budgets, costs, and KPI's and how to use them for business planning and management
Ability to deal with the unknown in a constantly changing omnichannel environment
Ability to communicate in clear and targeted way in Local language and in English
Flexibility to work from Monday to Saturday, including both early and late shifts
