Job Description:

We are currently looking for Team Leaders for our Fulfilment department at IKEA Älmhult. In Fulfilment, we work to ensure the inflow and outflow of our products in the store – from goods receiving to the sales floor, and until the products leave the store. As a Team Leader for Fulfilment Operations, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations, managing a team, and working towards departmental goals.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the daily operations of the goods flow in the store
work closely with Fulfilment Operations Manager
manage and develop a team of approximately 15 coworkers
conduct development talks
plan team growth and succession
contribute to achieving department goals.

Requirements:

Leadership experience
ability to commute to and from work between 05:00 and 19:30
fluent communication skills
personnel management experience
ability to conduct development talks and plan future growth of team members.

Nice to have:

Experience in fulfillment operations
ability to work during both day and evening shifts
knowledge of customer supply chains.
