Job Description:

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Fulfilment Executive to support the end-to-end order and installation process. This role sits at the heart of our operations, ensuring customer orders flow accurately from external portals into our central CRM, are managed tactically through to completion, and are delivered on time through close coordination with our installer network. You’ll be hands-on with systems, data, and partners, playing a key role in keeping fulfilment running smoothly as volumes scale.

Job Responsibility:

  • Accurately enter and maintain order data from multiple external customer and partner portals into Hypervolt’s central CRM
  • Ensure all order records are complete, up to date, and aligned with internal fulfilment and installation requirements
  • Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors, gaps, or inconsistencies
  • Manage orders through their full lifecycle within the CRM, from initial entry through to installation completion
  • Monitor order statuses, flagging risks, delays, or exceptions and taking appropriate action to resolve them
  • Support operational reporting by keeping CRM data clean, structured, and reliable
  • Liaise directly with installers to coordinate and manage scheduled installations
  • Confirm installation dates, share required order information, and handle changes or rescheduling where needed
  • Act as a key point of contact to resolve installer queries and operational issues efficiently
  • Work closely with internal teams (Customer Support, Partnerships, Supply Chain) to ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Help identify process improvements and CRM optimisations to increase efficiency and reduce manual work
  • Support peak periods and new partner launches with flexible, hands-on operational support

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and system work
  • Experience working with CRMs or order management systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously
  • Clear, professional communication skills for working with external installers and internal teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience in fulfilment, logistics, operations, or installation coordination
  • Familiarity with partner or installer networks
  • Experience working with multiple external portals or data sources
  • Interest in EVs, energy, or hardware-enabled technology businesses
What we offer:
  • The opportunity to be part of a fast-growing EV technology company
  • Real ownership and impact within a critical operational function
  • A collaborative, ambitious team environment
  • Competitive salary and benefits
