Drives the execution of integrated programs that align field marketing initiatives with sales objectives to maximize the impact of company products within commercial distribution channels
Responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding market share through strategic engagement with aligned commercial distributors in the assigned territory
Develops and executes plans to deepen penetration into key distribution channels, grow strategic customer relationships, and activate high-impact field promotions
Owns accountability for delivering both revenue and profitability goals across all accounts headquartered within the region, ensuring sustainable growth and long-term customer value
Responsible for sale of products through all commercial classes of trade within the designated territory including promotional activity and sales enablement opportunities
Builds and leverages relationships at all levels of National and large regional accounts
Conduct regular business reviews with assigned accounts to drive share of shelf, competitive share gains, expanded offerings, and coordinated joint field marketing activities
